The Simpsons Movie
The Simpsons Movie
Director-David Silverman
Cast Homer-Dan Castelneata
Marge-Julie Kavner
Lisa-Yeardley Smith
Rating 5 out of 6
I thought this Movie Brought all the things we learned to love from the Simpsons. It brought humor from different topics happening at the time. So the movie starts out with the lake being very poluted to a point where it could enviormentally screw up all of springfield. So everyone blocks off the lake. At the same time Homer gets a pet pig. That spins off a huge pop culture moment where he sings the "spiderpig" song. Homer decides to dispose of the pigs waiste silo by dumping it in the lake. So then the goverment puts decides to put a big glass bubble around Springfield. So then Homer has to try and fix his mistake by saving the town. I thought that the movie did sum risky things as well which made it even better. Like they had Auto smoking something out of a bong. Showed Cartoon nudity wont give a way who. So I don't really think it should of been Rated PG but it is. Overall good movie not for really little kids.

Dejavu
Director; Tony Scott
Cast:Doug Carl-Denzel Washington
Claire Kuchever-Paula Patton
Agent Pryzwarra-Val Kilmer
Genre: Action Suspense
It's name may be Dejavu but its probley something you haven't seen before. The plot is about a terroist attack on a navy ship. So the main chacter Doug (denzel) comes to the scene. While investigating they find out tthere our some clues that do not add up. Which brings him upon a dead woman that was murdered before the attack. He knew that she is the link that could help them find the killer. So the FBI inlists Doug to help solve the mistery. But in a way he has never seen before. The FBI has him look into the past with a time machine. They watch the girl and the killer making his move. So they decide to send Doug back so he can stop the whole terrosist. attack. But does he succed?
I really enjoyed the movie it was a good example of parts of film. It had lots of forshadowing. That a lot of people don't pick up the first time it's almost something you haven to watch twice. The best part of the movie is that it keeps you guessing you have no idea whats going to happen next.
I give it a 5 out of 6.

Citizen Kane
Charles Foster Kane - Played by Orson Welles
Susan Alexander Kane - Played by Dorothy Comingore
Jedediah Leland - Played by Joseph Cotten
Mr. Bernstein - Played by Everett Sloane
The movie starts out with Mr. Kane dead on the floor holding a snow globe. Foreshadowing the events abou to unfold in the movie Citizen Kane. The whole movie is about a reporter who is serching for the meaning of Kane's dying word "Rosebud". So he interviews Mr. Kanes closset associates. Through out the interviews it shows how Mr. Kane created his successful buissness. His two failed marriages, and his rich but misserble life. But yet no one knows why his last word would be Rosebud. I really didnt care much for the movie for a couple reasons one it was in black and white, another realy weird random things, for example a eye less cockatoo shreiking. But I did show some new ideas in film making that was kind of cool. But the worst part was they built up the whole rosebud and in the end it was something REALLY POINTLESS. So I give this movie a 2 out of 6.

- Gone With The Wind: Main Actors and Crew
- Leslie Howard - (Ashley Wilkes)
- Vivien Leigh - (Scarlett O'Hara)
- Hattie McDaniel - (Mammy)
- Clark Gable - (Rhett Butler)
- Victor Fleming (Director)
Genre:Drama/Romance
Movie Rating; 2-Tollerable
Scarlett: "As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again. No, nor any of my folk. If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again" Famous words from Scarlett O'Hara the character from Gone with the wind. This movie is very different an many ways. Its about a "southern bell" as they called her that lives in Georgia. Scarlett is a young nieve girl that has absolutly fallen in love with a man named Asley Wilkes. But Wilkes has a woman, his cousin, melanie. Those to get married so scarlett goes and marrys some random dude. At this time the civil war was breahing out and all the men are pumped excited.
All but one man, Rhett Butler. Probley one of the most confusing charcters seen in film today. Rhett unlike the other men stays home and takes no part in the war. And he has a weird liking to scarlett. As the movie goes on scarlett becomes a widow. Rhett flirts with her for a while they look like their going to hook up, then they don't. Ashley comes back from war Scarlett still loves him but hes still married to Melanie, again his cousin. Melanie and scarlett becomes friends. And a long drawn out process of Scarlett bouncing back and fourth between Rhett and wanting Ashley.
Overall a pretty boring m ovie cause its drawn out so long. It has a couple of good historical and factoral moments. But The climax builds for a really long time will Ashley hook up with Scarleett. Or will Rhett stay with her, but finally ends but on a flat note. I think the best part was the ending cause it was finally over. Scarlett"Why does a girl have to be so silly to catch a husband?" Shows what kind of person she really was.
